Christpast Marketplace Vendor Booth.
Vendor Booth Space is 30 feet wide by 10 feet deep and INCLUDES ten 6 foot tables. Vendor is responsible for supplying additional tables and fixtures to display their wares. Electricity is available at no extra charge.
Please include your BUSINESS NAME in the comments section of the checkout form. Please use the name you wish to be identified by at the event.
Vendor booth location and vendor number will be assigned by event staff.
Setup times are: Monday, Dec 1, Tuesday, Dec 2, Wed, Dec 3 and Thur, Dec 4, NOON to 8PM each day. There will be a 10% commision taken on sales to cover staffing the store, shopping bags, and card processing fees, etc.. We will be staffing the store so you need not be present each day to make your sales, our staff will handle the sales and the accounting of the transactions.
Vendors will be required to have clear price tags on all items that include the price and your booth number. This is so we can track your sales to be able to pay you the correct amounts each week. Your booth number will be assigned and emailed to you.
We do ask that each selected vendor offers holiday themed products to match our Holiday themed pop-up store. Also, you should be aware that the store will be divided into two main categories, traditional Christmas merchandise and a darker spooky themed area for those vendor who specialize in that type of holiday merchandise. This area will be labelled as "Ghosts of Christmas Past" to stay in theme with the store. You can select which section you would like to be placed in with the dropdown selection here at checkout.
The Marketplace Pop-Up store will open Dec 5th, at NOON. It will be open every day through Jan 4th, mostly following mall hours.
Exhibitor will be responsible to be open during the marketplace hours. Your space must be neat, attractive and maintained. You will be responsible for leaving your space clean when the show is complete. Time & Space Marketplace will not be responsible for any loss/theft or damage to vendor property, possible injury to the vendor or vendor sales. All merchandise must be legal and properly licensed. Vendors selling bootleg or unlicensed merchandise will be asked to leave without a refund.
While we will make as much effort as possible to include all vendor applicants, ultimately this is a juried show and we reserve the right to select and/or deny vendors accordingly. Vendors are expected to cooperate with the rules of the mall's management and Time and Space Marketplace. Vendors who act in any disruptive manner before or during the show will be asked to leave and denied future opportunities to participate in the marketplace.
