  Vendor Booth Space is 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep and INCLUDES one 6 foot table. Vendor is responsible for supplying additional tables and fixtures to display their wares. Chairs are available and will be supplied up to two chairs per booth. Electricity is available at no extra charge. Please include your BUSINESS NAME in the comments section of the checkout form. Please use the name you wish to be identified by at the event. Vendor spaces will be assigned by event staff and located in our new 10,000 sq ft venue inside the Monroeville Mall. If a larger space is desired, please see our 3 table special instead of this item. Setup times are: April 12, 5:00PM to 9:00PM and April 13, 7:00AM to 10:00AM. Our new venue features easy ground level load-in directly from parking lot (no corridors or elevators!). Carts and pallet jack are available. Exhibitor will be responsible to be open during the marketplace hours. Your space must be neat, attractive and maintained. You will be responsible for leaving your space clean when the show is complete. Time & Space Marketplace will not be responsible for any loss/theft or damage to vendor property, possible injury to the vendor or vendor sales. All merchandise must be legal and properly licensed. Vendors selling bootleg or unlicensed merchandise will be asked to leave without a refund. Vendor spaces are not refundable, but if for some reason you cannot attend, we are able to transfer your purchase to a future marketplace show. |
