Vendor Spaces: 20' x 6' ( Mall O' Ween 2025)

Vendor Booth Space is 20 feet wide by 6 feet deep and INCLUDES three 6 foot tables.

NOTE: this new super size vendor space includes triple the tables of last year's show.

Vendor is responsible for supplying additional shelves and fixtures to display their wares. Chairs are available and will be supplied up to four chairs per booth. Electricity is available at no extra charge.

Please include your BUSINESS NAME in the comments section of the checkout form. Please use the name you wish to be identified by at the event.

Vendor spaces will be assigned by event staff and located in one of several vendor halls inside storefronts in Monroeville Mall. If a larger space is desired, please purchase addition vendor spaces by adjusting the quantity at checkout.

Setup times are: September 27, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and September 28, 7:00 Am to 11:00 AM.

Exhibitor will be responsible to be open during the marketplace hours. Your space must be neat, attractive and maintained. You will be responsible for leaving your space clean when the show is complete. Time & Space Marketplace will not be responsible for any loss/theft or damage to vendor property, possible injury to the vendor or vendor sales. All merchandise must be legal and properly licensed. Vendors selling bootleg or unlicensed merchandise will be asked to leave without a refund. Vendor spaces are not refundable, but if for some reason you cannot attend, we are able to transfer your purchase to a future marketplace show.
