Vendor Spaces: 8' x 6' (Halfway Halloween- May 3, 2026)

Vendor Booth Space is 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep and INCLUDES one 6 foot table. Vendor is responsible for supplying additional tables and fixtures to display their wares. Chairs are available and will be supplied up to two chairs per booth. Electricity is available at no extra charge.

Please include your BUSINESS NAME in the comments section of the checkout form. Please use the name you wish to be identified by at the event.

Vendor spaces will be assigned by event staff and located in one of several vendor halls inside storefronts in Monroeville Mall. If a larger space is desired, please purchase addition vendor spaces by adjusting the quantity at checkout.

AI Art Notice: Our marketplace is supportive of local artists. To emphasize this support we have implemented an AI free art space at the show. Please do not purchase a space if your products are produced by AI primarily. We reserve the right to remove vendors who are displaying AI art pieces.

Setup times are:

May 2, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

May 3, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Show Hours are May 3, 11:00 Am to 5:00 PM.

Exhibitor will be responsible to be open during the marketplace hours. Your space must be neat, attractive and well maintained. You will be responsible for leaving your space clean when the show is complete. Time & Space Marketplace will not be responsible for any loss/theft or damage to vendor property, possible injury to the vendor or vendor sales. All merchandise must be legal and properly licensed. Vendor spaces are not refundable, but if for some reason you cannot attend, we are able to transfer your purchase to a future marketplace show.
